China's pressure techniques, Thailand's stretches
🇨🇳 The Chinese school
Tui Na works through pressure, kneading and friction, following the meridians. It pairs well with cupping or gua sha. Precise, deep, grounding.
🇹🇭 The Thai school
Thai massage alternates palm and thumb pressure with long stretches, on a floor mat, in rhythm with your breathing. Flowing, enveloping, almost a dance.
The salon
Lan and Malee, practitioners for more than fifteen years
Lan learned Tui Na at a school in Hangzhou; Malee learned Thai massage in Bangkok, in the tradition of the Wat Pho temple. They met in Paris and opened Jade & Lotus in 2019: a simple, quiet salon where we take the time to listen before we massage.
- Traditional techniques
- Impeccable hygiene
- Attentive listening
What they say
“Lan's Tui Na is precise and truly relaxing. I leave feeling light, with a jasmine tea as a bonus.”

Good to know before you come
Do I keep my clothes on?
For Tui Na and Thai massage, yes: we lend you loose, clean clothing. For cupping and gua sha, your back is uncovered and you are covered with a towel.
Does cupping leave marks?
It can leave small round marks, pink or purplish, which fade within a few days. We always tell you beforehand, and you can choose a lighter suction.
Does Thai massage hurt?
No: the pressure is adapted to you, and you can say “gentler” at any time. The stretches always stay within your comfort zone.
Do these massages treat health conditions?
No. These are wellness and relaxation massages, not medical procedures: they do not replace medical advice or treatment. We do not practise acupuncture or cupping with incision, which are reserved for doctors.
Are there any precautions?
Yes, please tell us if you are pregnant, if you take medication that thins the blood, or if you have a skin condition, varicose veins or have had recent surgery: some treatments will not be offered to you. The full list is on the Prices page.
An hour to unwind?
Book by phone or with the form, in French, Chinese or Thai.
